Christmas Cookies!

Christmas Cookies!

Last Wednesday, I decided to start baking Christmas cookies. I figured I would let Camilla help me a little bit, but it wouldn’t last long. I popped my favorite Waltons Christmas movie, The Homecoming, into the DVD player to keep us entertained. My girl surprised me by being way more interested than I expected. We had a lot of fun! So what if we wasted a little red sugar?

The best part–she has officially inherited Mommy’s sweet tooth!

I think SHE ate that! And it was sooo red even after I tried to take most of the sugar off.

I love the one with the rolling pin! It looks like she inherited Mommy’s love of baking too. I tried with Maggie and she lasted about 3 minutes and just wanted to eat them.

I bet those cookies are the best ever! It’s plain to see they were made with as much love as red sugar. Pauline

How adorable! Rowan was my cookie-buddy last year. This year, he’s way too interested in eating the dough along the way, so we’ve put a limit to how much he can help! Camilla looks like such a little lady with the rolling pin…and the pinky in the air eating the cookie is classic 🙂
